Term and Condition

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between TEREX VENTURES INVESTMENT ADVISORY PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered office at Building No./Flat No.: DCG1-1012, 10th Floor, Tower 1, DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74A, Gurugram, Haryana – 122004 (hereinafter referred to as “TEREX VENTURES”, “we”, “us”, “our”), and any natural or legal person who accesses, visits, registers, transacts, or otherwise engages with our website, services, or investment opportunities (hereinafter referred to as “you”, “your”, “user”, or “participant”).

By accessing or using our website, registering with us, or making any payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. General Provisions

1.1 The content of this website and related platforms is subject to change, update, or withdrawal at our sole discretion without prior notice.
1.2 We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the information or materials provided. Any reliance placed on such information is strictly at your own risk.
1.3 Unauthorized access, reproduction, duplication, distribution, or misuse of any part of our materials, information, or intellectual property shall attract civil and/or criminal liability.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 All content, design, layout, graphics, and proprietary material on our website are the exclusive property of TEREX VENTURES or are lawfully licensed to us. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
2.2 All trademarks, logos, and service marks not owned by us but appearing on the website are duly acknowledged.

  1. Payments and Refund Policy

3.1 All payments made to TEREX VENTURES are final, non-cancellable, and strictly non-refundable, irrespective of circumstances.
3.2 Once a company is selected and issued a term sheet, it shall undergo a mandatory due diligence process. The cost of this due diligence will be borne solely by the founders/company and shall be non-refundable under all circumstances.
3.3 In the event that any company, after being selected to pitch in Dubai, withdraws or refuses to proceed further, such company shall be liable to pay a penalty of INR 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) as compensation to TEREX VENTURES.
3.4 If a company is rejected at any stage of evaluation, including during or after due diligence, no refund shall be provided.

  1. Sponsored Trips, Events, and Participation

4.1 Where TEREX VENTURES organizes or sponsors trips or events, the responsibility for obtaining travel visas shall rest solely with the participant. TEREX VENTURES shall not be liable in the event of a visa refusal or denial of travel permissions.
4.2 Accommodation, if provided, shall be limited to one room for one day only.
4.3 TEREX VENTURES shall provide a one-way travel ticket. The cost of return travel shall be borne exclusively by the founders/company. In case any founder misses the flight or is unable to board for any reason, TEREX VENTURES shall not be held responsible.

  1. Conduct and Reputation

5.1 Upon registration or participation, the user/company undertakes not to make, publish, or disseminate any defamatory, negative, misleading, or derogatory statements (oral, written, or digital) regarding TEREX VENTURES. Any violation shall make the concerned party liable for legal proceedings and damages.
5.2 If any false, misleading, or inaccurate information/data is discovered during due diligence, inspection, or at any stage of evaluation, the concerned company shall be immediately disqualified/rejected without refund, and TEREX VENTURES reserves the right to initiate further legal or financial claims.

  1. Limitation of Liability

6.1 TEREX VENTURES shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damages arising out of use of the website, services, or engagements.
6.2 We shall not be liable for decline or failure of any payment authorization due to exceeding preset limits or restrictions imposed by the acquiring bank or payment gateway.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
7.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Payment gateway partners including Razorpay shall not be liable for the content herein, nor for any claims or liabilities that may arise due to the actions, representations, or non-adherence of TEREX VENTURES.
