    We review your business, traction, international scalability and relevance to the UAE market.

    STEP 02

    Readiness Assessment

    Shortlisted businesses progress through a structured international expansion readiness assessment.

    STEP 03

    Founder Interview

    We meet shortlisted founders to understand their expansion objectives, expectations and execution readiness.

    STEP 04

    Final Selection

    Following the assessment process, only 10 businesses will be invited to join the Founding Cohort.

    STEP 05

    Onboarding

    Selected founders begin the four-week India preparation phase before transitioning into eight weeks of market execution in Dubai.
